Many of us think that teenagers suffer from acne much. But acne is the most common skin problem for all skin and race. Acne is often associated with faulty life style. Diet or dirt may be the cause of your acne problem. Basic skin care program may help you o get rid of acne.
Types of acne
Different types of acne such as Acne conglobata, Acne fulminans, Gram-negative folliculitis, Pyoderma faciale and Acne Vulgaris are common types of acne.
Causes of acne:-
Dust, air pollution and cosmetics all are the causes of acne. Moreover dead skin cells and bacteria are also responsible for acne.
In our today’s article we are going to discuss how to solve acne problems:-
- First of all you should know your skin type. Some have dry skin, some have normal skin and some have oily skin. You may test your skin in any parlor. Oily skin needs special care.
- Whatever your skin type, you should clean your face two to three times in a day. To clean the face do not use a bar soap. You may use oil-reducing cleanser. You will feel nice also.
- Use a topical lotion before applying moisturizer. This will prevent oil and penetrate the pores buildup.
- Many people think that moisturizer add to the oil. It is not a fact. Moisturizer checks the skin from over-producing oil.
- For a clear skin you need healthy diet. Try to add fibrous food more I your diet chart.
- You should drink plenty of water such minimum 8 glasses daily. It clears skin and helps in proper elimination of waste.
- Exercise is good for both heart and body. Moreover it increases blood circulation and brings oxygen to our body. It helps to grow body’s natural moisturizer. So, try to take exercise daily.
- Smoking damages Vitamin C in your body that keeps your skin tight. So, avoid smoking completely. Moreover it is not good for health also. Isn’t it
- Smoke and alcohol expands blood vessels that causes red spots in our body.
- Harsh elements severely damage the skin. You should save your skin from harsh elements. You should wear sunscreen before you go out of the sun. It is better to get moisturizer with sunscreen.
- You need plenty of rest for a fresh skin. Your skin rejuvenates and heals while you rest. Stress is bad for skin and cause many skin problems.
- Many anti acne products such as Proactiv or Neutrogena are available. But unfortunately these do not work to everyone.
There are many products available in the market that assures you clear skin. But you should be your own judge. You may consult with your dermatologist in such case.
